On a Plod

We are bringing a back-yard ultra style race to the masses. Mates, mates-of-mates, family, the whole works. The idea is to get as many of our mates and your mates together to join in on the fun of plodding. People who don't take themselves too seriously, with any level of fitness in an environment surrounded by mates. Not too much to ask for hopefully! We want everyone involved to experience what running really is. From the social side, to the mental, never ending obsession of hitting PB's, pushing our body's to limits we don't know, all while keeping it chucklesome.
