On-Campus Resources (OCR) provides employers with customized interim, seasonal or ongoing college recruitment support services of any type. OCR began in 1996 as a division of an executive search firm providing a non-traditional and cost-effective alternative for hiring entry-level candidates to fill professional positions. OCR became a separate entity in 1998. Our service offerings range from full-cycle recruitment programs to a single task within a program (e.g. storing and shipping display units and materials to career fairs). We have worked with programs that fill internships, co-operative programs and permanent full-time positions. Degrees we seek include bachelors, MBA, masters and doctorate candidates from nearly all majors.
