On Deck opened its doors over a decade ago and has been providing elite training opportunities and family-style service ever since. We are a family business after all (Mike, Rose, and Michael Rogers) and our dream started with a single, jury-rigged backyard batting cage over twenty years ago. Our mission to give every customer a batting cage they can call home, has gradually expanded into a 24,000 square foot facility with various sports related business within that make On Deck a one-stop shop for batting cages, private lessons, clinics, speed & power training, apparel, and equipment.
