On Point Consulting Group was formed in early 2019 after President Dean Mello spent 21 years in operational and leadership roles within Northeast Construction Management Firms. During that time, he saw a growing need for clients to have an experienced construction advocate who would work tirelessly on their behalf and allow them to focus on their respective businesses. Grounded in that need, On Point’s values mirror his own: Collaboration, Commitment, Relationships, and Results.
His broad experience includes projects of all sizes and scopes across multiple market sectors including; Industrial, Distribution, Manufacturing, Commercial, Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, Retail, Hospitality, and Automotive. From new group-up construction builds to renovations of existing buildings of various size and scale, I leverage deep expertise to meet client needs.
