On-Point is a small, veteran-owned business located in the greater Ft Walton Beach, FL community and comprised of a Team that has been working in the defense industry for decades. On-Point was founded in June 2012 with the specific intent to leverage the founding members’ decades of weapon system experience on behalf of the US Warfighter. Our “all-veteran ownership cadre” is dedicated to the successful execution of projects in the areas of: (1) rapid design & development of electro-mechanical components and systems, (2) new production, integration & testing, (3) depot repair of electro-mechanical components and systems, (4) deployable field services, and (4) complete life cycle management. On-Point consistently out-performs many of the larger primes in terms of quality, customer service & response time, schedule management, risk reduction, and cost.
