On Q Safety is a product line of Lecticon Lecticon Learning and Development. Our mission is to help clients reduce deaths, injuries, and costs resulting from unsafe driving behaviors. Our driving safety training reduces collision frequency, collision severity, and resulting payouts by more than 27%. On Q Safety’s competitive advantage comes from our driving simulator software and training development expertise in designing training that modifies behavior through intense interactively, the essence of which we have captured to successfully deliver online learning as a cost-effective alternative to simulator training.
