VEST is an acronym for Vigilance, Engage, Sustain, and Train, a framework for building resilience. VESTeap goes beyond traditional EAP offerings to provide a suite of services to enhance individual and organizational resilience, mental health, and wellbeing. Our focused services include: A learning experience platform (LXP) for consistent delivery of new employee operational onboarding, personal growth coursework, and leadership training programs. Leadership, management, and team training and support to develop leaders, managers, and team members for increased productivity. Critical incident stress management (CISM) planning and event management including providing debriefings and counseling following critical incidents impacting team members. In-the-moment support for all team members to help each understand and work through large and small personal issues that may be impacting their outlook and wellbeing. Access to licensed counseling and therapy support when needed for clinical mental health needs and concerns.
