On Time Concept was founded in Greece in 1997, as a Public Relations & Event Management Agency. In 1999, the company expanded its business to include Below-the-Line activities, creating at the same time, a strong Creative Department. In 2003, OTC successfully established a subsidiary in the Albanian market with substantial and significant corporate clientele.
