On-Track Technology

On-Track Technology was formed in 2006 focusing on in-motion weighing in the rail environment in South Africa. Over the last 10 years we have expanded our product offerings to include Longitudinal Stress Monitoring, Wheel Impact Detection, Dragging Equipment Detection and RFID Asset Tracking. We have also greatly expanded our client base to users throughout Southern Africa and Australia. Further developments have taken us from wayside monitoring systems to on-board control systems, where we now provide on-board locomotive speed control and collision avoidance systems.
