Oncomedics is a biotechnology company, part of CliniSciences Group, specializing in the personalization of cancer treatments.
We are developing in vitro diagnostic medical devices that provide decision support to practitioners (surgeons, pathologists and oncologists) in order to identify the most effective treatments to cure a patient.
What is the Oncogramme® ?
The Oncogramme® predicts the anti-cancer activity of existing drugs by testing them directly on a patient's operated tumor. Their efficacy is evaluated on a sample of this tumor ex vivo, using an approach comparable to that of the antibiogram.
Since 2016, patients with stage IV colorectal cancer have been able to benefit from the Oncogram®: a unique solution to personalize chemotherapy.
The Oncogramme® will soon be optimised for other cancers such as breast cancer and ovarian cancer, in order to improve treatments by adapting them to each patient.
