Officina Nuova Dimensione Europea (ONDE) aps Overview

Officina Nuova Dimensione Europea (ONDE) APS is a nonprofit organization located in Lecce, Italy. Founded in 2022, ONDE focuses on the personal and professional development, education, and capacity building of young people to promote equal, inclusive and peaceful societies. "Onde" means "waves" in Italian, and, like the sea, our organization centers on creating powerful change in the lives of youth through training, workshops, courses and local initiatives. Our specialties are human rights education with an emphasis on diversity, inclusion and migrant issues, communications and professional training, arts, culture and media projects, and mentorship. We believe that young people are catalysts for change in their communities and we help them tap into the infinite trove of resources already lying within them. Our mission is to inspire young people to abandon performative activism and discover, instead, the true power of their voices.
