One and Only provides brokerage service and consulting services for real estate investment in Japan. Our main clients are overseas investors, real estate funds, family offices and HNW individuals. We provide fair and balanced advise for individuals and businesses considering investment into Japanese properties. First and foremost, our goal is to always to “Exit”. One of our main area of expertise is with Japanese hotel deals, having access to information about Japanese hotels, city hotels and resorts for example. Our policy is to be in "the same boat" together with investors and align with the same incentive.
