One Earth Partners helps funders, implementers, and institutions drive sustained progress on the world’s most urgent environmental challenges: climate change, biodiversity loss, and pollution. Founded by former USAID senior leaders Monica Bansal and Hadas Kushnir, we bring over 40 years of combined experience in climate, conservation, resilience, governance, finance, and cross-sector strategy. At USAID, we managed a combined $500M in annual portfolios across energy, cities, forests, and natural climate solutions. Since 2017, we’ve worked together to break down silos in environmental programming, using evidence and building collaborative structures to uncover gaps, root causes, and solutions that span environmental crises. Now, One Earth Partners supports the global ecosystem of climate and environment action by: - Curating high-impact, fundable projects - Building integrated roadmaps that span sectors and scales - Sustaining critical knowledge and partnerships lost in the wake of USAID’s withdrawal - Shaping a bold, next-generation model for U.S. and global environmental leadership Whether advising funders, supporting implementers, or leading systemic efforts, we help partners navigate uncertainty and act with clarity.
