A large number of assets are still retained and under long term management, whilst many of the larger land acquisitions have been developed into large-scale residential and commercial real estate projects. An extensive portfolio centred in Málaga and Cádiz provinces comprising mainly of land for development. Projects to be undertaken span from residential and commercial uses to various hotel and beach club developments, particularly in La Cala de Mijas and La Alcaidesa. Further to these, the portfolio includes numerous rental properties close to Marbella, Estepona and Sotogrande, as well as a majority share in a commercial centre in La Alcaidesa.
