One Element is the outdoor and live online fitness club with a mission to build fitness and social hubs in local communities and within corporate businesses.
All sessions have all been developed with the help of top level coaches and athletes and work through the different energy systems to deliver training in the style of pre-season sports fitness to ensure members do not plateau.
In addition to the events we organise, our members become great friends and regularly organise their own socials and holidays.
