Civil & Structural Engineering Services
We deliver complete civil and structural engineering support to obtain approvals and permits from HOA, city, and county. We also provide services related to drainage design, plan& profile submission, private utility approvals (AT&T, CenterPoint, etc.) and obtain right of way permits from TxDot.
• Residential Projects: Multi-family residence, town homes, custom homes, remodel/rebuild, additions and Outdoor recreation structures.
• Commercial Projects: Gas station and convenient store, recreation pavilion, metal storage building, solar panel support foundation structure and any small to large metal/concrete building
• Industrial Projects: Manufacturing building, refinery platforms, building's structure, equipment foundations and warehouse.
Inspection and Structural assessment
• Inspection: We provide during and post windstorm (WPI-8) inspections and certifications and construction inspections letters (Special inspection)
• Structure Assessment: We assess existing structure that includes framing and foundations.
• PE Review letters: Pool proximity letter, excavation verification letter etc.
Drafting Services
• We provide dedicated 3D modelling and CAD drafting services for any firms at monthly fixed rate or specific project base.
• We also provide homeowners and contractors with their specific drafting needs. Such as, new floor plans, remodel plans, custom home designs, steel detail drawings, shop drawings or any other 3D rendering.
