ONE QS are able to provide services including, take off, document review, package management & first principles pricing of all work types. We work closely with each client reflecting their individual needs and bespoke methodologies ensuring these are captured within their bid, whilst maintaining full confidentiality. Our experience has been built whilst working with main contractors and specialist subcontractors in the industry sector. We are also able to provide commercial QS duties to support the live project stage.
