One South West

One South West is working to create a dynamic community of Civil Servants networked across departments and reflective of our area. Our work is focused on Places for Growth (PfG), Talent, Diversity, Digital and Environment and Sustainability. We’re led by a diverse group of senior Civil Service leaders including our Head of Place, Derek Thomas. They work together to shape the future and deliver the vision of a modern Civil Service, which is closer to the communities it serves and better placed to respond to society’s needs.
