Visualizing the portfolios this way helps keep clarity on the progress and investments. 3 Organization setup: This step is super critical and includes talent, structure, incentives, ways of working, governance, managing impact of day-to-day work and communications 4 A learning execution method: Designing metrics at project and portfolio level. Knowing when to experiment and when to do deep diligence, is critical. Allows the team to move forward confidently and always tracking to the original strategy This approach can be applied to the entire company's strategy (eg: digital transformation) or to a certain capability (eg pricing and revenue management or innovation).
