One Big Bite Technology

Established in 2015, One Big Bite Technology was founded in Beijing. We've brought together a group of individuals who not only love to eat, but also delight in sharing their food experiences. We are dedicated to delivering the most comprehensive food guide and culinary culture information to the public. Our original intention is to rediscover the beauty of Chinese cuisine. Our journey has taken us across the country, where we've engaged with local food enthusiasts and renowned chefs, explored the journey of food, and traced the origins of ingredients to unravel the narrative of Chinese gastronomy. Over the past five years, we have curated two major categories with a total of eight lists, recommending restaurants that exhibit a sense of contemporary and innovative dining from the perspective of professional foodies. Our 'BEST 100 Chinese Restaurants' list, produced annually since 2016, introduces those who have shaped China's culinary landscape. We have also spotlighted the influential figures in our 'BEST 50 Chinese Food Personalities of the Year' list, annually since 2016. Our aim is to recognize and celebrate the chefs, foodies, and scholars who have significantly influenced China's food scene.
