How I define “Fulfilled”?
It's not just about being happy, its a lot more! It feels like you’re doing what you’re meant to do. There’s a sense of being on the right path to serve people. You smile a lot. It runs very deep (deeper than almost any other feeling) and people notice something different about you.
Ups and downs in life don’t deter you and you feel like you can move mountains!
How I measure success?
At the end of every year I'll publish a report sharing the progress on the mission as per the following framework:
Direct coaching: 1 unit per person per session.
Workshops: 0.5 unit per participant.
Active engagement on content: 0.2 unit per engaged user (comment or reshare or a purchase)
Views: 0.02 unit per view.
