Starting with Track & Field, OneCommit helps student-athletes identify best-fit colleges, send personalized outreach to coaches, and track engagement — all from one streamlined mobile app. Athletes complete a brief onboarding survey and performance profile, which OneCommit uses to generate a dynamic school list segmented by Reach, Target, and Foundational tiers. The platform integrates directly with Gmail and Outlook, enabling athletes to send authentic, customized emails from their own accounts. A built-in dashboard tracks opens, replies, and coach interest in real time. As conversations progress, OneCommit provides follow-up prompts, visit scheduling, and smart list adjustments based on coach behavior. The platform emphasizes speed, affordability, and personalization — offering a true alternative to high-cost advisory firms and impersonal recruiting databases.
