Joey Alfieri, his friends call him "Bags", finds himself in a unique situation. After some bad decisions and unfortunate luck, he is not moving forward in life and, quite frankly, isn’t trying. The only thing he is passionate about is fishing. Oddly enough, a series of events leads him to uncover that an unlikely character can be his best chance of landing a giant.
