OneInThreeWomen

The OneInThreeWomen network is the first European network of companies committed to fighting violence against women. Co-founded in 2018 by the Fondation Agir Contre l'Exclusion (FACE) and the Kering Foundation, it was joined by 13 companies: L'Oréal, Korian, BNP Paribas, Carrefour, the Oui Care Solidarity Fund, SNCF, Publicis, PwC, the EPNAK, the Agence Française de Développement (AFD), Orange, Supergabeauty and AIR France. The network's objective is to make visible the impact of domestic violence in companies and the key role they can play in combating it. Indeed, according to the UN, it is estimated that 2 out of 10 female employees are victims of domestic violence (2019). Thus, OneInThreeWomen acts at the heart of companies, with our stakeholders but also with the general public to dedicate the role of companies on the issue of domestic violence.
