OneLearning is the digital ecosystem for learning and development for existing and future needs of employees in providing the core, essential skills and capabilities for the Public Service. Providing self-paced and virtual learning programmes, OneLearning’s focus is aligned to DPER’s 'Better Public Services: Public Service Transformation 2030 Strategy' and 'Civil Service Renewal 2030', enabling innovation and workforce capability. OneLearning was brought under the remit and management of the IPA in 2024, representing a commitment to centralising and modernising learning and development across the entire Public Service.
