Onemind HK

We are One Mind, an organization founded by a group of Y11 students at Chinese International School (HK). We are firm believers that mental health is important, or arguably, the most important aspect of one’s life. However, in our busy day-to-day lives in this crowded city, this basic need to maintain a healthy mental wellbeing is often overlooked. Whether it is anxiety, depression, or detachment, studies have repeatedly shown that poor mental health has a significant negative influence on people’s relationships with loved ones, friends, and co-workers, leaving them in social isolation, only further worsening their mental health condition. As a team, we strive to amplify artistic voices within our community, with a common objective to destigmatize mental health. Our organization consists of film, music, visual arts, music, drama, dance, and poetry departments.
