Onepeople is the Division of Onexecutive, dedicated to the identification and selection of Middle Management profiles . Middle Management plays a key role within the organizations, as it ensures and enhances corporate culture, control, declination of processes and resource management. Onepeople's goal is to provide the candidate with a new opportunity that would consolidate or enhance their skills in "organizational and cultural" contexts that fits its personal characteristics. We also follow the step of the new employee’s entrance in the Company, and we provide support in the negotiation phase between the Company and the chosen candidate. Onepeople believes that a good selection leads Job applicant and Company to create "added value" for each other and grow together to meet the challenges of the market.
