One Rule Improv

One Rule Improv is a research-based and trauma-informed approach to teaching, learning, and applying improv. One Rule Improv's safe and supportive approach, grounded in current neuroscience and psychology, makes improv accessible to both the introvert and the extrovert. One Rule Improv equips individuals and organizations to not only learn to play improv for all of its neurobiological and interpersonal benefits, but also to teach and facilitate it in a trauma-informed to ensure the safety, engagement and enjoyment of all.
