Legacy 300: One Sporting World

Legacy 300 provides the opportunity to do something unique, for sports loving Individuals and corporates who are looking to make a difference. Legacy 300 was established by GB Olympians as a vehicle to enable corporates and Individuals to directly support GB athletes and good causes. The principle has not waived and has enabled the participating athletes augment their existing support of their own chosen good causes and provide a universal platform for all good causes to benefit from. By 23rd June 2015, good causes have netted £245,355 by auctioning off places on limited edition, exclusive, unique Individual and Team Challenge Athlete Participation Events which enable people to support both the good cause and participating GB Athletes. Athletes receive a fee for running these events, this is the way that they are directly funded by the project. The funding has reached £67,400. The project is run by one full time employee with the experience days delivered by a small team of freelance event staff.
