OneSteel Recycling

OneSteel Recycling, Inc. sources, collects, transports, processes and markets scrap metal collected from industrial clients, scrap metal dealers, and individuals. OneSteel Recycling, Inc. is the US recycling division of the Australian owned company OneSteel. OneSteel is Australia's largest vertically integrated steel company, and operates plants for iron ore extraction, metal recycling, blast and electric arc furnaces, and finished goods steel production, including billet, rod, and coil, reinforcing mesh and bar, rail wheels and grinding media used in mining. In the 2008 financial year, OneSteel Recycling, Inc. handled in excess of 345,000 tons of ferrous scrap and had sales of over USD$157m. The company employs more than 200 people in Maine, Virginia and Florida, and the dynamic and aggressive US management team has many years of experience in the recycling industry.
