Onesto is a creative IT agency located in Jyväskylä, Finland. The company employs eighteen design and IT experts. Our motto: design, business and technology together. We offer concept and product creation, management consulting and IT services. We're looking for business and IT owners who want to create things for long-term business capability. Onesto toolbox has the following main ingredients: Enterprise Architecture (as strategy), Strategic UX, IT Architecture, Business Analysis, User Research, Information Architecture, Visual Design, Interaction Design, Software Architecture, Software Programming, System Administration, Database Administration and Service Management. Onesto's roots are in designing and building middleware and task-based tools for telco BSS environments. We've since evolved from traditional technology-oriented software and IT company to a creative design agency. This history has formed the two cornerstones of Onesto. Our view of user experience and experience in general is that creating and building of things should be a desirable experience in itself. We like to emphasize that it's not just customer-facing services that matter. Leadership, management and employee experiences matter too. We call it enterprise experience.
