Onesto's roots are in designing and building middleware and task-based tools for telco BSS environments. We've since evolved from traditional technology-oriented software and IT company to a creative design agency. This history has formed the two cornerstones of Onesto.
Our view of user experience and experience in general is that creating and building of things should be a desirable experience in itself. We like to emphasize that it's not just customer-facing services that matter. Leadership, management and employee experiences matter too. We call it enterprise experience.
