On-Fire.work is a team of 15 product designers, working in an almost completely flat organization with an absolute minimum of organizational and bureaucratic overhead. The First The Last is a website design agency which creates beautiful and creative designs for contests. However, we found out that more and more customers who contact us pursue goals other than creative design. Some of our clients don't actually need an integrated workflow. They just needed someone who could do the work themselves without worrying about the rest of the process. Most of the clients are looking for experienced designers to create the competitive interface and app design to launch the IT project ASAP and get new customers. That’s why we created a new dedicated UI/UX design team called OnFire. We have built our work around the idea of flexible teams. We don't need managers to make things happen. We are all interchangeable.
