The Only in San Jose’s (OSJ) podcast mission is to strategically provide free civic education, that enables, and empowers the people of San José with the knowledge, skills, resources, and confidence to create the change they wish to see in their community. Through collective and strategic civic participation, we can begin to transform the process of community and civic engagement into a high functioning process of strategic problem solving for our most pressing issues. We believe in the value of civic participation and community engagement, as a process that should be treated with utmost reverence, a process that centers the collective and lived experiences and expertise of the community.
