At Only Plants, we’re working to fix this imbalance by creating short food supply chains, reconnecting producers and consumers, and restoring the balance between nutrition, sustainability, and accessibility.

From our beginnings at farmers’ markets to becoming a local food hub, Only Plants combines vertical farming, food processing, and direct customer engagement—all within a 200-meter radius. This integration, from seed to meal in an urban environment, is globally unique and a testament to what’s possible with innovation and commitment.
Our buffet, located just steps from our farm, is the heart of this system—serving meals made with ingredients we grow or source locally. It’s where innovation meets tradition, proving that sustainable, nutrient-rich food can reconnect us with the land and each other.
Our foundation is built on two PhD research areas:
Nutritional Optimization: Enhancing plant metabolism and nutritional quality using optimized LED light spectra.
Machine Learning: Designing adaptive food systems that respond to individual health and sustainability goals.
By combining precision agriculture with personalized nutrition, we’ve developed a range of nutrient-packed products, from microgreens to powders, capsules, and ready-to-eat meals.
