Through onpier, insurance customers benefit from attractive additional services on the one hand, but insurers also improve their image by being able to help not only with claims, but also with other issues. This is made possible by various value-added services from non-insurance service partners. Our platform follows the app store logic: simply select the desired service as an insurer, integrate it into your own offering and make it immediately usable. Data protection is important to us: policyholder data is not transferred to onpier as the platform operator, but always remains under the control of the respective insurance company. Moreover, communication is exclusively carried out on behalf of or by the respective insurer or service provider, but never by onpier itself.
