OnPoint started as a development company in Boston and has grown into a private real estate investment and asset management firm that acquires and stabilizes large Multi-Family properties in a few key markets throughout the United States.
We focus on acquiring properties with over 100 units and a value add component that are in markets that show strong fundamentals as well as indicators of long term lasting growth. We create value and force appreciation by making capital improvements, enhancing management and reducing operational inefficiencies. Our goal is to create communities that our residents are proud to call home while generating attractive risk adjusted returns for investors that are supplemented with rental cash flow. In addition to multifamily assets we take on select ground up or infill development projects locally in Boston.
We believe that investing in multifamily real estate presents one of the most powerful strategies for creating long term wealth. While there are many asset classes in real estate, we choose to focus on value-add and re-development. We work with our investors to align their investment goals with the appropriate asset class.
