About Association of Ontario Midwives

The Association of Ontario Midwives is the professional organization representing midwives and the practice of midwifery in the province of Ontario. It is run by a Board of Directors. In Ontario, a midwife is a registered health-care professional who provides primary care to low-risk clients throughout pregnancy, labour and birth.
