We do not teach people to be black belts in an art form that takes decades to master, our seminars and drop-in sessions are designed to give you a basic set of skills that work, can be learnt quickly and are effective against larger and stronger attackers. We also provide longer courses, half day, full day or split courses, increasing learning and confidence over longer periods such as an hour a week delivered at your location.
