OOPY Arhitectura is an architecture and design office established in 2003, with its headquarter located in Bucharest and an additional branch in Cluj-Napoca. We have over 15 years of qualified experience in architectural design, engineering (specialities such as structural design, installations, as well as road design), interior design, urban planning, consulting, project management, fire safety, as well as obtaining construction permits, tendering, contracting, technical assistance. Our projects are carried out in Bucharest and implemented all across the country and abroad. We are qualified in architectural and specialty design, being able to cover all design phases, from concept to technical and detailed solutions, as well as all other related activities: expertise, thermical assesment, geotechnical, hydrological and historical studies, topographical and environmental surveys, natural light impact study, impact analysis. We are also experienced in construction management, consulting, project management, thermal imagery and measurements carried out with our own team also together with our long-time collaborators. We have a young, enthusiastic team with an exceptional multi-disciplinary training, able to solve and design projects with varying degrees of complexity across the country and abroad. Since 2007, OOPY Arhitectura implemented an integrated quality-environment management system according to ISO 9001 standards. We are professionally insured and we can provide, by request, dedicated professional assurance to our clients’ projects. Our office uses the newest, advanced, CAD products for design, permanently updated, licensed from highly-regarded developers such as Autodesk, Adobe, Corel, Microsoft, CSI, ChaosGroup, Trimble.
