Founded by Obi Light Ogbonnia, a 50-year-old sickle cell warrior, OOSCF is committed to transforming lives through awareness, healthcare support, and policy advocacy.
Driven by the belief that access to prompt medical care is a fundamental right, we strive to bridge the healthcare gap by providing free health insurance coverage, particularly for underprivileged women and children affected by sickle cell disorder. Our initiatives also focus on education, genetic counseling, and community-driven interventions to reduce the burden of this condition in Nigeria and beyond.
