Our fabulous founder, Briana Davis, was inspired by her incredible grandmothers who always whipped up their own potions and lotions with all kinds of natural goodies. So, she started concocting her own hair care formulas and quickly realized how therapeutic it was to create products that met her high standards. Briana's journey began after the birth of her son, Amir. She couldn't find any hair care products that worked for him, and when his hair texture changed to curly, she knew that the shampoos just weren't cutting it. So, she went on a mission to create her own hair care routine, using her own products, and like magic, his hair started growing and flourishing like never before. At Ooume, we believe in providing only the best, most gentle, and nature-based hair care products.
