OP Ship started as a company in April 2017 and is part of the Erik Thun Group. When Erik Thun AB acquired the majority stake in the ship broking company OP Svensson Shipping AB they merged together with Erik Thun owned company Segerhammars Skeppsmäkleri. Together they now trade under the name OP Ship.
OP Ship provides dry cargo chartering from Gothenburg and port agency services from offices in Gothenburg and Kalmar. In addition, OP Ship is also represented in Helsingborg and Malmö by the group owned company Citadel Shipping.
Hence the company has a long shipping experience in the dry cargo market and operates mainly from the Baltic and North Sea down to and including the Mediterranean market. The agency offers professional service to both its own and external vessels with the mission to provide a high standard service with main focus on quality and enviroment.
