We’ve been there. We’ve done a lot. We’ve seen a lot. We’ve made mistakes. We’ve also had success. We’ve learned a lot from both. Our team has worked for and with dozens of companies, from early stage startups to larger established corporations. We’ve worn lots of hats, covering the spectrum from entry level positions to C-level executive. Our backgrounds contain mixes of technical, creative, and leadership roles. We are passionate about all three, and love when they can blend to solve really hard problems. We have been part of more than a dozen startups from the beginning, and we intimately know the challenges involved in scaling the people, the culture, and the processes in companies of any size. We also know the satisfaction that can come from getting this right. Most importantly, we know the importance of the individual in all of this. A team is the sum of its people, and healthy people make for healthy teams. The common thread is using what we have learned, and applying that to new challenges and opportunities. We like to stay curious and keep learning from every new moment. This equally applies to ourselves and to the teams we work with. We’d love to help you with that.
