We're building a self-sustaining educational ecosystem where participants both learn and teach, creating a collaborative community of practice in technical fields. Our innovative approach eliminates financial barriers while maintaining high quality through reciprocity - participants "pay" by contributing their knowledge and mentorship to future cohorts. Starting with our Computational Biology track, we're developing a framework that can expand to Data Engineering, Generative AI, and other technical domains.
