Open Concept Recordings

Open Concept was launched in 2008 with the purpose of giving both new and established international artists a bold and expansive canvas on which to challenge the known limitations of sound and music. The catalog of 30+ releases is distributed by Clone.nl with many releases receiving critical acclaim from luminaries such as Derrick May and Dave Clarke, just to name a few. While there were a number of high points for Open Concept through the years, perhaps the most notable was legendary Parisian DJ Laurent Garnier who debuted "Creator" by Oculus during a peak moment in his special guest session on BBC Radio One - Essential Mix. One other such moment was having our music licensed for use by Secret Cinema - the highly regarded alter ego of Dutch mega-DJ Jeroen Verheij.
