Open-Estimate is an online tool for construction cost estimates. It organizes your cost estimates by divisions, subdivisions, compositions of cost, services, and materials. The source code of the entire platform is available online for anyone to inspect, make copies, and use it free of charge. Copy and make adjustments yourself, or contact me to create your very own cost estimate tool. Created by some with experience in construction estimating it is focused on simplicity and the bid process. It gives the option to create your own hierarchy, from the main divisions of cost to the penny of every material or service.
