The company has been in operation since 2000 and employs skilled, professional consultants with specialized experience in the field of Rock Engineering, Numerical Modelling, Geotechnical Instrumentation, Mine Seismology and Geology. With our head office strategically located in Potchefstroom, OHMS is ideally situated to service clients in the Free State, Northwest, Gauteng, Mpumalanga, Limpopo and KwaZulu Natal provinces. With regional offices in Klerksdorp, Lydenburg and Witbank we are able to respond to the daily geotechnical requirements of clients. We are actively involved in geotechnical projects world-wide. In addition to specialized and mobile consultancy services, we also provide on-site Rock Engineering, Geological and Seismological services to clients by placing suitably qualified and experienced persons on the mine site. The OHMS team forms part of the client’s team and operates as an independent department on the mine. The team on the mine is always supervised, coached and motivated by a senior consultant.
