OiHub is an innovation hub and innovation strategy consultant based in Indonesia. We envision to accelerate the industries' growth through sustainable systems. We help organizations to solve business, social, and sustainability challenges through Systems Innovation and Open Innovation Approach. Having been established in 2021, OiHub managed to scale its operation less than one year, by implementing the strategy of scaling with quality. By having structured systems in place which data of company's dailiy activities are stored and processed properly, we generated meaningful insights that have driven us in developing a scaled Business Model.
