Openchange is a server and client Open Source implementation of the MAPI protocol, completely and natively compatible with Microsoft Exchange & Outlook. Openchange is GPLv3 code, freely available and now integrated into Linux distributions so that upgrades from Microsoft Exchange are possible without the client software or users even noticing. In 2014 we're focussing on migrating larger Exchange/Active Directory clusters, with a direct replacement for Hosted Exchange (RPC-over-HTTP) in testing. Want to help?
