Welcome to the Australian Centre for Mindfulness, an initiative by Openground Charity dedicated to enhancing mental well-being through evidence-based mindfulness training. Our programs focus on stress reduction, emotional regulation, and cognitive flexibility empowering individuals to manage life's challenges with resilience and insight. As a not-for-profit organisation, we commit to providing accessible, high-quality training that supports diverse mental health needs. Contributions allow us to extend mindfulness training to those in need, enhancing community well-being. 𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝘀: - Diverse Learning Opportunities: From Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) to advanced workshops like 'All Parts Welcome' and ‘Cultivating Compassion,’ our courses are tailored to enhance personal and professional development. - CPD Certified Training: Our APS-endorsed MBSR course not only advances professional skills for psychologists, counsellors, and therapists but also counts towards CPD points.
